Adobe Ideas is a fantastic app I use a lot. It is very simple, has moveable resizeable and rotateable layers and variable pen size and opacity, as well as a nifty colour picker facility. But for me the best thing is that it is a (simple) vector app, so you can email the tiny little image as a PDF and upsize it as big as you like, meaning it is big enough to print from. Yay! An all time fave.
