Chillies and chocolate are two of my favourite things, hence the name of this blog.
Naturally, I take every opportunity to taste chilli chocolate. But it is often disappointing, tasting of chocolate with a mild chilli tingle afterwards.
What I'd really like is a chocolate that actually tastes of chilli flavour, not just heat. Of course it must have heat as well.
All suggestions will be gratefully received and tasted.

I just wanted to say I totally agree..as you say chilli chocolate often disappoints with too mild a chilli flavour..oh well here's to continued searching for the best ever chilli chocolate!!
